Location: East and South East England
The company is a market leading manufacturer of laboratory instruments, equipment and supplies. They have three main focus areas Biotechnology, Fluid Handling and Measuring/Testing. Their product line consists of Calorimeters, Centrifuge, Laboratory Evaporators, Particle Counters, Refractometers, Titrators, Chromatography Products, and other laboratory equipment. With a market leading presence, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Account Manager for the East and the South East of England.
You will be responsible for selling the full portfolio of equipment and products to existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities in the Territory.
The position is home office based anywhere in East and South East of England .
Working with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Academic, Biotechnology, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, and Environmental markets.
Working closely with the sales and support team in Europe.
Opportunity to attend conferences and exhibitions in England.
Educated in a scientific field; Bachelor, Master or PhD in a scientific field; Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biosciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Cell Biology; or related field.
Experience selling life science research, chemistry and/or laboratory equipment, products, reagents or chemicals.
A Valid UK Drivers Licence is Essential.
Languages: Fluent English is Essential
Goal oriented, highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
