Biobank Senior On-Site Support Specialist (6 Months Contract)

Based: Vitry-sur-Seine, France

The company is a global leader in the Genomics market. They offer a range of Instruments and services which include DNA Sequencing, next-generation sequencing, and Medical Devices. The customers are predominately in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and other scientific markets.

The Role: 

Responsible for ensuring all sample management tasks are completed accurately and efficiently at the respective customer site. This includes maintaining contact with the customer to ensure satisfaction, resolving issues while promoting continuous process improvement, and directing the activities and training of additional biobank staff. 

You will be based at the customer site in Vitry-sur-Seine.

Communicate with a variety of customers to get an understanding of their needs and problems.

Direct the daily activities of Biobank staff as well as provide training in operational processes.

Ensure compliance with all our quality and safety policies.

The requirements:

Fluent English and French are required.

Biobank experience or comparable experience.

Experience with dealing with clients is preferred but not essential.

Knowledge of national and international regulations relevant to regulatory affairs.

Educated to degree level or further in a Life Science field or related (Genomics, Biomedicine, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, etc).
