EMEA Technical Support Specialist
The company is a market leading manufacturer of Genomic Imaging Instruments, Chips and Kits.
With a market leading presence, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Technical Support Specialist bases in EMEA.
You will be responsible for customer training and support to existing customers via Phone, Email and Video Call.
You will be supporting the Direct Sales Team in Europe and the distributors Europe.
The position is home office based in EMEA with no travel.
Assist customers in getting the best out of the product portfolio.
Working closely with the EMEA sales, applications support, marketing and channel partner teams.
Educated with a Degree, Master’s or PhD; Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biological Sciences, Genomics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology; or related field.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a direct external customer support role in the Life Sciences industry
Languages: Fluent English is required as well as either Fluent French or Fluent German.
Goal oriented, highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
