Field Service Engineer – Analytical Instruments 

Location: Paris, France

The company is a leading manufacturer of sorption equipment, used for the physico-chemical characterization of solid materials. Their innovative solutions are used in several industries including pharma, food, minerals, water, energy, aerospace, chemicals, to name a few. They now have an opportunity to join their team as a Field Service Engineer to cover France.

The Position:

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairing instruments for at customer sites.

Supporting on a range of sorption analyzers for two main techniques: Dynamic Vapor Sorption (DVS) and Surface Energy Characterization using Inverse Gas Chromatography (iGC).

The position is home office based, with regular travel to customers across France. Occasional international travel to support other regions when needed.

Working closely with the service and support team in Europe

The Requirements:

Educated with a certificate/diploma/degree in an engineering/scientific field is essential; Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Medical Technician; biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc related subject.

Experience as a field based Engineer is essential.

Comfortable with regular travel to customer sites.

Driver license is essential.
