Field Service Engineer EMEA, Digital PCR

Based: Paris, France

The company is a French based Biotech focused on Next Generation Genetic Testing It specializes in the development of tools for high-precision genetic analysis. Using a ground-breaking microfluidic approach, the company has developed a novel digital PCR method called Crystal Digital PCR.

The Role:

Office based in Paris working alongside the other team members.

Technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and provide a suitable solution.

You will be responsible for successful Installation, Upgrades, Maintenance and Repairs on the products.

The territory covered is Europe with most of the work is in Germany and France travel 60%.

Close collaboration with regional and global FSE, FAS, Sales, Development and Technical Support personnel for team success.

Provide technical feedback and design suggestions for product improvement as well as relevant customer feedback.

The Requirements:

A degree or master’s or PhD in a scientific or engineering background.

Experience installing, Maintaining and Repairing Scientific Instruments is required.

Fluent in French and English is essential.

Goal oriented, highly motivated, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Valid Driver’s licence.
