Field Service Engineer – Europe

Field Service Engineer 

Based: Germany

The company is a new German Biotech that manufactures and develops laboratory instruments. These include Cell Washers, Laboratory Automation, and many others. They are in an exciting growth stage and looking for a new individual to join their team.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of laboratory automation systems.

Home office based anywhere in Germany, with 60% travel across Europe with most of the travel being Germany, Switzerland and France.

Full training and support is provided the business is growing and we are looking for someone to grow with it.

Technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and provide a suitable solution.

The Requirements

Educated with a mechatronics or electromechanical or Engineering background.

Service experience is a plus but not required.

Fluent in German and English is essential.

Valid Driver’s licence.
