Field Service Engineer – Flow Cytometry

Location: Milan, Italy

The company is an innovative manufacturer of flow cytometry instruments and software. Their flow cytometry instruments are used by scientists across the globe in the pharmaceutical, academic, CRO and clinical markets. Due to company growth, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as Field Service Engineer for Italy.

The role:

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairing instruments for customers.

Supporting on a range of flow cytometry instrumentation and associated software’s.

Providing technical support to customers in pharmaceutical, academic, CRO and clinical markets.

The position is home office based, with 3-4 days travel across Italy.

Working closely with the service and support team in Europe.

The Requirements:

Degree / MSc or training in a scientific / engineering field; biology, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering or electronics/electrical engineering.

Experience in a service engineer position could prove advantageous, but not essential.

Comfortable with frequent travel across a designated region.

Ability to work independently, with natural talent and interest to solve problems.

Highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
