Field Service Engineer

Location: Northeast

The company is a manufacturer of laboratory automation and automated liquid handling systems. Their products are used by scientists across the world in diagnostics, life science research and hospital laboratories. Due to company growth, they now have an opportunity to join their team as the Field Service Engineer for the Northeast.

The Role: 

You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairing laboratory automation systems at customer sites in the Northeast.

Providing technical support to customers in diagnostics, life science research and hospital laboratories.

The position is home based, with average 3 days a week travel to customer sites in the Northeast; Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine.

Work as part of a cross-functional global support team which includes daily interaction with design engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, production personnel and sales team members.

The Requirements:

Educated in an engineering or scientific field; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology; or related field.

Experience in a Field Service Engineer / Service Technician position.

Ability to work independently in a remote position.

Drivers license.
