Inside Technical Support Specialist
Location: Mechelen (Belgium)
The company is a global leading manufacturer of liquid handling robotics and laboratory automation. Their instruments are used in cell biology, genomics, proteomics, drug discovery, analytical chemistry, molecular diagnostics, and immunodiagnostics. With a market leading presence, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Inside Technical Support Specialist dealing with customers across the Benelux.
Respond to customer requests and complaints from different channels, analyse and solve customer complaints and enquiries
The role is office based in Mechelen.
Act together with a team of technical support agents to achieve best possible efficiency.
Customers include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, universities, hospitals, as well as other industries.
Working alongside the sales, support, and service team in the Benelux.
Full training is given on the instruments.
Educated in an engineering or scientific field; Electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering; or related field.
Experience in a call centre or similar roles is a plus but not a requirement.
Ability to work independently, with natural ability and interest to solve problems.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Fluent Dutch is required.
