Product Specialist, Southern California – Sample Management  

Location: California

The company is a global provider of advanced sample management solutions offering sample level ID and temperature traceability with premium products and services for a range of applications. Their solutions are used by customers in Cell & Gene Therapy, Biopharma, CRO’s, CDMO’s, Biorepositories, Regenerative Medicine, and Academia/Clinical Laboratories.

The role:

You will be responsible for installing new products for customers and providing onsite training on their use.

Provide onsite and remote workflow and implementation advice to customers and partners.

Provide post-sales support to customers and partners.

Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in finding new potential customers and partners by a attending tradeshows and conference / marketing activities

Provide input and feedback to the engineering team on any new products or software that are deployed in the field

The requirements

Degree or MSc or PhD or Diploma in a scientific, business or similar, is preferred.

Experience in a laboratory environment providing applications/service/technical support is preferred, but not essential.

Highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.

Ability to work independently, with natural talent and interest to solve problems.

Comfortable with regular travel.
