Dunn Belmont is a specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy collaborating with companies across the globe in the biotechnology, medical and engineering markets.

We provide executive search and permanent recruitment services to companies across the US, Europe, and Asia. Due to company growth, we are looking for a high performing individual to join the business as a Recruitment Consultant.

The Role:

• Responsible for managing the full recruiting process, from finding new clients through to sourcing suitable candidates and making a successful placement.
• Working with clients in the United States and across Europe.
• You will use a number of advertising and candidate searching methods to identify and approach potential candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities from networking, mailshots, and other business development tools.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the market, hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and objectives.
