Regional Sales Manager, Central Regions – Diagnostic Testing
Location: Texas, US
The company is a fast-growing provider of molecular diagnostic testing services for accurate diagnosis of infectious diseases. Their NGS and qPCR testing solutions are used by medical professionals in hospitals and clinics, in a variety of departments such as, Urology, ENT, GI, Wound Care and Orthopaedic. Due to company expansion they now have an exciting to join their team as a Regional Sales Manager for the Central region.
Your primary goal is to effectively manage and develop the North East sales team, in order to achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers across central US states.
Hire and develop employees to achieve business growth, with clear goals and objectives.
Working closely with marketing and other sales teams to develop, implement and execute marketing plans.
The position is home office based with regular travel to customers.
Experience managing a team in laboratory/diagnostics/medical industry is essential.
Experience selling to Infectious Diseases, Urology, ENT, GI, Wound Care, Orthopaedic departments with hospitals and clinics, is preferred but not essential.
Comfortable with regular travel.
Highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
Ability to work independently, with natural talent and interest to solve problems.
