The company is an innovative manufacturer of flow cytometry instruments and reagents. Their flow cytometry instruments are used by scientists across the globe in the pharmaceutical, academic, biotechnology and CRO’s markets. Due to company growth, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their business as the Sales Account Manager to cover South Germany.
Your primary goal is to prospect and develop new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relations in the academic, pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and CRO markets.
Managing the full sales process from prospecting new business opportunities, pre-sales demonstrations, pricing discussions, and closing the sale.
The position is home office based in South Germany with travel across a designated region.
Attending conferences and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and new business opportunities.
A Degree or scientific studies is beneficial: Immunology, Cell Biology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Cancer Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology; or related field.
Experience selling life science research instruments is essential.
Knowledge of flow cytometry techniques is essential.
Fluent German and English is essential.
Highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
