Sales / Business Development Manager
Location: Harrogate, Windsor House
Salary range: £20,000 – £30,000, plus Commission/bonus
Dunn Belmont is a specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy collaborating with companies and candidates across the globe in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets. We work with companies across Europe, North America and Asia. Due to company growth, we are looking for a high performing individual to join the business as a Sales / Business Development Manager.
Manage existing customer accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities in North America.
You will use a number of advertising and candidate searching methods to identify and approach potential candidates.
Project manage the recruitment process from finding suitable candidates through to successful placement.
Interview potential candidates for open positions to ensure their suitability.
Working closely with a variety of different clients, from independent manufacturers, to global multi-nationals.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the market, hiring managers and potential candidates.
Experience in a Sales, Account Manager, Telesales, Business Development or Recruitment position would be beneficial.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Excellent communication skills, both telephone and email.
