Sales Specialist, Genetics and Oncology products
The company is a molecular diagnostics manufacturer specialising in genetics and oncology products. Their products are used across the globe in genetic testing and molecular diagnostic laboratories. They now have an opportunity to join their team as the Sales Specialist for France.
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relations with genetic testing and molecular diagnostic laboratories across France.
The position is home office based anywhere in France, with average 50% travel to customer sites across all of France.
The product line covers clinical NGS, qPCR and PCR test kits.
Develop and manage sales pipeline to achieve sales and growth targets.
Work with marketing colleagues to develop a local strategy for marketing and lead generation.
Attending conferences and exhibitions in France to increase brand awareness and new business opportunities.
BSc, MSc or PhD in a scientific field: Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology; or related field.
Experience and success in a sales function related to molecular diagnostics, genetics and/or oncology products.
Highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
Languages: Fluent French and English language skills are essential.
