You’ll be the first point of triage for the service function, playing a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You’ll achieve this by efficiently handling projects, keeping customers informed throughout the process, and providing clear communication.

Be first line for customer calls.
Investigate and triage customer product complaints.
Carry out repairs and service (both hardware & software), across our product range and in-house.
Commission new instruments to factory requirements, prior to delivery.
Follow processes and procedures to ISO 9000 / ISO13845 requirements (or as directed by Health & Safety legislation).
Develop and maintain a high reputation for Service Support.
Technical. hospital, medical, or life science background, within a similar role.
Degree/HND/HNC, in relevant field; Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or related field.
