The company is a global leading manufacturer of testing and inspection equipment. Their products are used in the Food & Beverage, Paper & Pulp, Ink & Coatings, Metal Packaging and Environmental markets. They now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Service Manager to lead their global Field Service Engineering team.
Your primary task is to manage, motivate and develop the Field Service Engineering team in the Netherlands (team of 12 Field Service Engineers).
The Field Service Engineering team provides global support for the full testing and inspection product line.
The position is based from the office in the Rotterdam area.
Work closely with the other departments in the Netherlands, including sales, product support and project management.
Educated in an engineering or scientific field is preferred; Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics; or related subject.
Experience managing a team of Field Service Engineers.
Excellent people management & organization skills.
Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch and English.
