Servicetechniker / Field Service Engineer

Location: Hessen

The company is a manufacturer of medical devices for cardiology, orthopaedics, aesthetic medicine, and traction therapy. Their products are used in hospitals across all of Germany.

They now have an opportunity to join their team as a Field Service Engineer located in Hessen.

The Position:

Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing a range of medical devices.

The position is home office based, with average 50% travel to customer sites in Germany.

Independent completion of the installation, maintenance and repair work.

Support customers via remote support and on-site visits in Germany.

Work closely with the Service and Support team in Germany.

The Requirements:

Education: apprenticeship, state-certified technician or Bachelors Degree in an engineering field; Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology; or related field.

Field Service Engineer / Technician experience is required.

High level of self-organization.

Comfortable with 50% travel time to customer sites in Germany.

Languages: Fluent German and English language essential.
