Based: Paris, France  

The company is a French based Biotech focused on Next Generation Genetic Testing It specializes in the development of tools for high-precision genetic analysis. Using a ground-breaking microfluidic approach, the company has developed a novel digital PCR method called Crystal Digital PCR.

Having just gone through series C funding they are about to launch an exciting commercial expansion with this role playing a key part.

The Role:

Develop and execute ongoing strategic plans to engage, acquire and retain direct and indirect customers and measure the success of these plans.

Position is able to be home office based but regular travel to the office in Paris is required as well as 30% travel to other sites.

Manage a team with 4 Direct reports developing and managing the marketing and advertising plan/strategy.

Working closely with Product Marketing teams, EMEA Sales & Global Key Accounts, and Customer Care organisation to develop innovative and compelling solutions and value propositions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, to develop and preserve competitive edge.

Develop and execute the integration of internal and external data into our approach to engaging the customer base using predictive and prescriptive models to improve our performance.

The Requirements:

A degree or master’s or PhD in a scientific area.

Senior marketing professional with extensive experience within the scientific sector.

Experience of launching and working with products that have moved/sold through direct end user and indirect dealer channels.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and disciplines including account-based marketing as well as analytic-driven marketing.

Management experience with evidence of building, developing and motivating a marketing team, excellent communication skills are essential.
