Service Technician Team Leader / Teamleiter Servicetechniker

Location: Ulm

The company is a manufacturer of medical devices for cardiology, physical therapy, aesthetic medicine, and traction therapy. Their products are used in hospitals across all of Germany.

They now have an opportunity to join their team as the Service Technician Team Leader.

The Position:

Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing a range of medical devices.

Managing and leading a team of 3 Field Service Technicians who are located in Ulm.

Working from the site in Ulm, with average 20% – 40% travel time in Germany.

Independent completion of the installation, maintenance and repair work.

Support customers via remote support and on-site visits in Germany.

The Requirements:

Education; apprenticeship, state-certified technician or Bachelors Degree in an engineering field; Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology; or related field.

Field Service Engineer / Technician experience is required.

High level of self-organization and ability to manage a team of Service Technicians.

Comfortable with 20% – 40% travel time to customer sites in Germany.

Languages: Fluent German and English language essential.
