Their instruments are used in research institutes, universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across the world. Due to company growth they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Technical Sales Specialist for Bavaria, Austria and Switzerland.
Your primary responsibility is to identify and secure new business opportunities, as well as managing a number of existing customer accounts.
Responsible for a range of imaging systems, reagents, accessories and software’s.
The position is home office based in the region of Munich, with average 60% travel across Bavaria, Austria and Switzerland.
Execute sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets in accordance with the regional business and financial growth plans.
You will have the opportunity to attend conferences and exhibitions.
A degree / MSc / PhD or equal laboratory experience in a scientific field; Cell biology, immunology, biological sciences, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, cancer biology; or related.
Experience selling instruments or consumables to life science research customers.
Comfortable with regular travel across a designated region.
Fluent English and German is essential.
Highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
