Technical Sales Specialist, Single Cell – Bavaria / Austria / Switzerland (German speaking)

Location: Bavaria, Germany

The company is an innovative manufacturer of single cell solutions, consisting of instruments, kits and service. Their solutions used for oncology and immunology applications by customers in universities, hospitals, CRO’s, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. They now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as the Technical Sales Specialist for Bavaria, Austria and the German speaking region of Switzerland.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is to identify and secure new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer accounts.

Execute sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets in accordance with the regional business and financial growth plans.

The position is home based anywhere on the territory, with 50/60% travel across Bavaria, Austria and Switzerland (German speaking).

Working alongside the sales and applications team in the Germany.

The requirements

BA/BSc or MSc or PhD or Diploma in a scientific field is essential: Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, Protein Chemistry, Neuroscience, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Proteomics, Biotechnology, etc.

Experience in a customer facing role in working with life science instruments, consumables or services is preferred.

Languages: Fluent German and English are essential.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
