Technical Support Specialist

Location: US (remote)

The company is a market leading manufacturer of Genomic Imaging Instruments, Chips and Kits.

With a market leading presence, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Technical Support Specialist based in the USA

The Role

You will be responsible for customer training and support to existing customers via Phone, Email and Video Call.

You will be supporting the Direct Sales Team in the USA and the distributors.

The position is home office based anywhere in the USA with 10% travel to customer sites.

Assist customers in getting the best out of the product portfolio.

Working closely with the EMEA sales, applications support, marketing and channel partner teams.

The Requirements

Educated with a Degree, Master’s or PhD; Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biological Sciences, Genomics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology; or related field.

Minimum 2  years previous experience in a direct external customer support role in the Life Sciences industry.

Languages: Fluent English is required.

Goal oriented, highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
