The company is a specialized service provider for scientific and laboratory equipment. Their core focus is supporting mission-critical instruments that help run experiments and production.

They now have an opportunity to join their service team as a Field Service Engineer to support their Molecular Devices product line. You will be working with biotech, pharma, academic, CRO, government and other accounts, primarily across the West Coast, US.

The position:

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on range of plate readers and imaging systems. 

Effectively communicate with customers and account team members to troubleshoot, diagnose, provide repair updates, train end-users, and ensure full resolution of all customer needs.

Establish fluency in relevant service documentation, including but not limited to preventative maintenance service reports, IQ/OQ documentation, and other service documentation.

Create and properly maintain customer service logs and documentation.

Accurately input repair part orders, service records, and time entries.
